Dr. Nelson Ludlow, CEO of Mobilisa and a Washington State University graduate, was honored Dec. 3 by WSU Vice President John Gardner.

Gardner - WSU's new vice president for economic development and Extension - came to town to honor Ludlow and his employees, many of whom have WSU and University of Washington degrees.

"Dr. Ludlow and the whole team at Mobilisa exemplify innovation, and his impact on this community's economic development is exactly what we intend to coordinate with our new WSU Team Jefferson economic development initiative," said Gardner.

Ludlow and his wife, Bonnie, lead Mobilisa, a national leader in innovative wireless technology that employs 30 people. Mobilisa was recently named to the INC.com 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies list, ranked No. 39 in the Top Companies in Telecommunications and No. 873 overall.
